What are your payment options?
We gladly accept credit/debit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and contactless options (Apple/Google).
We accept cash in whole amounts. Any overture will be added as credit to your account.
We now have an integration with Trupanion Pet Insurance that will make settling claims easier! When making an appointment, just let the team know that you have Trupanion and what your kitty’s policy number is and we will take care of it from there. If interested in learning more about Trupanion, let us know or visit this website Pet Insurance < Trupanion!
Do you offer grooming services?
We do not offer any grooming services as we do not have any groomers on staff. We only focus on the medical aspect of the kitty’s care but will gladly give out information for groomers in our area if needed!
Where do you park?
We are located in the NE corner off of Coal Creek Parkway and Newcastle Commons drive, in between Mod Pizza and Aji Sushi. We do have a reserved parking spot, however, with the restaurants near us, during busy times, we may not have parking available. there is, typically, ample parking across the street by the human urgent care and BECU. If you are unable to find parking in front of our clinic, please call us at 425-537-3033 and let us know what car you are in so one of our staff members can bring your kitty safely inside while you find parking.
Do you charge any deposits or fees?
Yes, we have a new client fee and a surgical scheduling fee. These are not additional costs, and will be taken off the price at check out.
The new client fee is for new families we have not seen before, this is a non-refundable $50 fee.
The surgical scheduling fee is paid for at the time of scheduling a surgery. This is a non-refundable fee of $250.
